JOB SUMMARY:
The Global Project Management Office (PMO) Lead at Argano is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the company's project management functions. This executive role involves overseeing the execution of critical projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving continuous improvement in project management practices.

- Define and implement the strategic vision for the PMO.

- Promote a culture of excellence in project management across the organization.
- Oversee the company's project portfolio to ensure strategic alignment and optimal resource utilization.
- Evaluate project proposals and prioritize projects based on business impact.
- Ensure effective governance and oversight of the project portfolio.
- Develop and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure the use of best practices and tools for project execution and control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and clients.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
· Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
· 20+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
· Extensive experience managing large, complex projects and programs.
· Background in a consulting or technology services company is highly preferred.
