Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
• Continue to evolve the Blancco’s Partner programs to drive partner preference towards Blancco with existing and new technologies
• Develop, maintain and execute Channel Partner and ITAD Programs, and documents to clearly identify the benefits, terms & conditions and rules of engagement with a focus on continuous process improvement
• Incentive automation platform management – manage all aspect of vendor relationship, become in-house incentive automation platform SME and go-to source for internal stakeholders
• Create, implement, manage, and report on all partner programs and benefits to ensure complete transparency and value to both internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with Channel Marketing, Partner Executive Leaders, Sales and Business units regarding the application of program rewards and benefits
• Act as the focal point and expert resource for the Blancco field for all global partner program initiatives and partner management in Sales Force.
• Work with Legal and Finance/internal audit to ensure compliance requirements (privacy, security and compliance)
• Work closely with finance and legal to develop and evolve financial incentives, program budgets and legal agreement structures
• Maintain and expand program operations for onboarding new partners, ongoing partner enablement at scale, smooth operational processes, staying compliant with legal requirements and program success tracking.
• Adjust advancing program policies and solution needs over time based upon Blancco’s growth in the partner ecosystem
Experience and Skills:
• Demonstrable and solid experience of designing and managing Partner Programs
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Great project & program management skills, ability to leverage virtual cross functional teams
• Possesses deep consultative partnering experience and executive relationships with an emphasis in technology, software consulting, decisioning and/or decision science arenas.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors Strong skills with applications required for partner management including PowerPoint, Excel, and working knowledge of Sales Force or similar CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, professional presentation and process/organizational skills, as well as strong creative orientation and the ability to collaboratively craft innovative solutions.
• Must be culturally astute and be willing to work through various time zones
This position will be based in our Woburn, MA office which is in a highly attractive and accessible location within Greater Boston. And will require travel 5-10% of the time. This role will report to the Global Vice President of Pathway Sales.
