Job Description:
We are seeking a mid-level Global Mobility Manager to support the planning and execution of international mobility programs. This role will focus on operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth cross-border transitions. Our goal is to deliver the best employee and candidate experience, so this will be your north star when working with international assignees (expats), international transferees, cross border workers and in some cases local hires of non-nationals.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of international assignments and transfers.
- Lead the centralized global mobility function, providing strategic oversight and guidance to junior team members
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners/HR Advisors, Talent Acquisition, People Services and business leaders to support mobility needs.
- Liaise with relocation vendors, immigration counsel and tax advisors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
- Partnering with local market external immigration counsel(s) to ensure compliance with local immigration laws.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.
- Assist in the development, implementation and consistent application of global mobility and associated policies across regions and employee populations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees navigating mobility processes.
- Provide guidance and training to HR colleagues and managers on global mobility best practices.
- Support internal communications and FAQs related to global mobility topics.
- Track key metrics and generate reports on mobility activity and vendor performance.
- Support compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure data integrity in HRIS and mobility platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations, with a proven track record of managing cross-border assignments and immigration processes in a multinational environment.
- Working knowledge of U.S. immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, L-1, PERM) and global mobility lifecycle processes, methodologies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and mobility platforms is a plus.

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
