What Makes This Role Great:In this role, you will serve as the essential bridge between technical product acumen and demand generation performance, directly influencing how we engage global buy groups. You will have the unique opportunity to act as the "voice of the campaign," shaping the strategic narrative across a diverse portfolio and seeing your content move the needle on global business growth and pipeline.
Key Exciting ResponsibilitiesArchitect Global Narratives: Lead the development of high-value content strategies, translating complex technical solutions into demand-centric value propositions that resonate with specific buyer personas.
Drive Multi-Channel Engagement: Manage end-to-end development of tactical copy for global campaigns, including white papers, webinars, and digital ads designed to increase customer engagement.
Optimize Performance: Analyze content outcomes like conversion rates and CTR to continuously refine the narrative and maximize ROI across the full marketing funnel.
Master the Matrix: Build strong relationships with technical SMEs and regional teams to ensure content frameworks are modular, scalable, and effectively localized for global impact.
Power the Lead Lifecycle: Oversee content flow within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to ensure lead nurturing tracks are populated with high-impact assets for prospecting.
B2B Strategy Expert: 5+ years of progressive experience in content strategy or demand generation within SaaS, Industrial Tech, or Geospatial sectors.
Technical Translator: Proven ability to write for highly technical audiences while maintaining a sharp focus on conversion and clear calls-to-action.
Matrix Navigator: Experienced in aligning diverse stakeholders across a large, global product portfolio to drive unified campaign goals.
Lifecycle & Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the MQL/SQL pipeline and proficiency with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and project management tools like Wrike.
AI Productivity: Digitally savvy with experience utilizing AI tools and prompt engineering to increase content scale and efficiency.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Advanced experience in lead management lifecycle optimization.
Familiarity with complex, multi-layered global business environments.
Location: Westminster, CO
Travel Requirement: 10-15% (occasional travel as required for global team alignment).
