About the role:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Global Logistics Contract Manager to lead and optimize CoreWeave’s global logistics contract portfolio. In this role, you will design, negotiate, and manage contracts with logistics providers, 3PLs, and other key partners to support our rapidly expanding global footprint. You’ll ensure compliance, scalability, and cost efficiency across regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), while enabling modular, agile logistics operations aligned with top-tier hyperscaler standards. Partnering closely with legal, compliance, and operations, you’ll be the functional expert driving consistency and excellence in global logistics contracting.

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing logistics contracts, transportation or warehousing procurement, or third-party logistics (3PL) agreements at a global level.
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and vendor performance management with logistics, 3PL, and transportation providers.
  • Strong understanding of logistics compliance standards, international trade regulations, and best practices across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, manage, and optimize logistics contracts to support scalability and agility in a global organization.
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems and ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred), as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; able to interpret KPIs and contract performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred: 

  • Experience working within a high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, or technology-focused organization.
  • Background in building modular, scalable global logistics networks or organizational frameworks.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking and implementing logistics contract best practices from hyperscaler environments (e.g., AWS, Google, Meta, NVIDIA).
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior logistics or contract management team members.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
