This is a remote role based in the EU.

Job Description

  • Build and nurture relationships with global life sciences leaders, becoming a trusted voice who helps them see what’s possible.
  • Develop and lead account strategies that turn insight into action, uncovering new ways for Redica to accelerate our customers’ goals.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align Redica’s capabilities with customer needs, ensuring our solutions directly address their most pressing quality, compliance, and regulatory challenges.
  • Champion an exceptional customer experience built on trust, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Stay curious and aware of industry shifts, regulatory updates, new technologies, and market pressures, and help customers navigate with confidence.
  • Shape proposals and partnerships that create measurable value and deepen our role as a critical partner in the life sciences ecosystem.

About you

  • Business Insight – Understand client goals and industry dynamics and translate them into actionable account plans, applying strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, clear communication, and thoughtful empathy while staying curious about industry and regulatory shifts to anticipate client needs.
  • Manages Complexity – Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities by structuring complex situations into clear actions, drawing on strong organization, self-direction, attention to detail, and the ability to keep momentum without losing clarity.
  • Decision Quality – Make timely, well-reasoned decisions rooted in data and analysis, actively listening to customers and teammates so that diverse perspectives inform choices that balance business realities with customer needs.
  • Collaboration & Influence – Build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional partners by listening deeply, advocating for customer needs, and following through on commitments in a way that fosters alignment, strengthens trust, and creates shared momentum.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts, ideally within the life sciences quality, regulatory, or compliance domain, with a focus on partnership over transaction.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and retention by understanding what matters most to the customer and turning insight into action.
  • Proficient in CRM and account-planning tools (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain visibility, prioritize effectively, and strengthen relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
