As the Healthcare/Life Sciences GTM Readiness - Program Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives orchestration and activation to achieve pipeline, value wins and customer NPS targets. In this role, you are responsible for initiative definition, initiative design and initiative delivery and activation. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Healthcare/Life Sciences GTM is successful for our customers, partners and employees.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our Healthcare/Life Sciences GTM is successful for our customers, partners and employees.

- Initiative Execution: Drive end-to-end initiative success across the organization, with expertise in Healthcare/Life Sciences and operational rigor to execute
- Program management: Drive cross-functional teams to align on and execute initiative delivery
Core Responsibilities
Execute initiative strategy and activation (working cross functionally with Global Industries and Solutions and key partners such as Industry GTM, Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Solution Sales, Customer Success and other key stakeholders), including but not limited to:
- Define the elements of a successful initiative including key outcomes targeted, deliverables created, workstreams to execute, accountabilities and structured workback plan
- Manage and support execution and deliverables aligned to the initiative, working closely with Global Industries and Solution teams and other stakeholders, including: industry / CxO persona based first-call-decks, storyboard and demo delivery, customer transformation stories, other critical Industry, CxO persona collateral and enablement content
- Manage and support scaling of Industry and CxO Persona based GTM across the org, including: support successful enablement in the field, support solution scaling with partners, support to ensure global alignment for sales and solution plays
- Track and measure Global Industries and Solutions success
Program manage across the team and work cross-functionally to structure initiatives and drive actionable results:
- Develop program scope and objectives, actively manage roadblocks and risks, and deliver on business outcomes
- Orchestrate program execution, coordinate resources and deliverables across multiple workstreams and manage cross functional stakeholders
- Improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
- Provide regular updates on the program to senior management stakeholders
Qualifications
Candidate Experience:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 7+ years of work experience, with extensive experience in the Healthcare/Life Sciences where you have designed and executed initiatives that have driven growth
- Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions
- High energy, disciplined execution and prioritization skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
- Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
- Experience in self-serving data through Tableau and / or PowerBI instances a plus
- Expertise in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow a plus
