Position Overview
The Global Head of Procurement is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s global procurement strategy to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and compliance across all regions. This role oversees sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation, while driving innovation and sustainability in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive cost optimization and value creation across all categories and geographies.
- Supplier Management:
- Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Implement supplier performance management and risk assessment programs.
- Operational Excellence:
- Standardize procurement processes globally to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to improve procurement decision-making.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing global procurement team.
- Foster collaboration across regions and business units.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
- Manage procurement policies and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement technologies.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and sustainability practices.

SALARY RANGE
The total compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on location and experience.
