  • Vendor & Software Management: Manage and optimize strategic relationships with key suppliers and software vendors. Lead supplier evaluation, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor performance management.
  • Software Implementation & Integration: Oversee the implementation and optimization of procurement software solutions and their seamless integration with existing systems (such as NetSuite and Tipalti).
  • Global T&E Transformation: Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Travel & Expense (T&E) function, including global policy governance, corporate card programs, and software solutions to increase transparency.
  • End-to-End Procurement Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition approval and sourcing through vendor selection, contract negotiation, purchasing, implementation, renewals, and ongoing supplier management.
  • Process Optimization & Governance: Establish and refine global procurement policies, controls, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, utilizing automation where possible to drive efficiency, compliance, and transparency.
  • Cost Control & Financial Partnership: Partner with Finance and the executive team to create and manage procurement budgets, track spend and savings, translate business strategy into operational savings, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities, SaaS contracts, software licensing, and supplier engagements comply with legal, financial, regulatory, and internal standards while mitigating contractual risks.
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics: Develop procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to evaluate strategy effectiveness, monitor supplier performance, track cycle times, and guide data-driven business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, and business leaders to support scalable growth and align procurement initiatives with enterprise goals.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (such as CPM or CPSM) is a plus.
  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience (commensurate with Senior Director or Vice President tracks), including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or technology companies.
  • Global Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of managing global procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and spend across multiple countries or regions.
  • SaaS & Scaling Expertise: Demonstrated success driving organizations toward IPO and/or SOX readiness in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of procurement technology and spend-management systems, including experience with platforms such as Tipalti and NetSuite.
  • Global Travel Management: Extensive experience implementing and managing global Travel & Expense programs and corporate card ecosystem transformations.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail across contract management, software licensing, compliance, supplier risk, and commercial terms.
