Who We Are
At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. Founded by seasoned experts from the payments and tech industries, our technology provides access to leading payment capabilities, enabling companies to engage customers confidently and maintain global operations through seamless integrations.
We empower high-performing teams at brands like InDrive, McDonald’s, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API. By leveraging advanced AI and the latest technologies, we orchestrate smart routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries.
About The Role
We are orchestrating the best high-performing team!
We're looking for a Global Head of Go-to-Market to own the engine that turns Yuno's market position into predictable, compounding revenue. Marketing, SDR, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement will report to you. You won't be running four functions in parallel — you'll be building one system in which demand generation, pipeline creation, seller capability, and operational rigor reinforce each other. Yuno serves 450+ partners across 200+ countries, powering payments for companies like McDonald's LATAM, NetEase Games, GoFundMe, InDrive, and Rappi. The buyer is technical, the sales cycle is long, and the competitive set is regional — this is a role for someone with real ambition, who dreams in terms of what this business can become rather than optimizing for what it already is.
Growth here won't come from spending more. It will come from designing a motion that scales without linear headcount, and from bringing quality and rigor to every layer of the funnel — from the first touch in marketing to the numbers the board reviews every quarter. You'll be the source of truth for what's actually happening in the pipeline, and that only works if the standard you hold for data, forecasting, and reporting is uncompromising.
None of this happens in a silo. You'll need to align Marketing, SDR, Enablement, and RevOps around a single GTM architecture, and get sellers who can hold their own in a room with a payments architect. That means building real collaboration across teams that have historically moved independently, translating priorities across functions, and making sure everyone is rowing in the same direction toward the same numbers.
If you're a builder who doesn't need an existing playbook, and you're excited to define what “exponential” looks like for a company operating across 80+ countries, we want to talk to you.
Your contribution will be
Own positioning, demand generation, content, events, and product marketing
Build and scale an SDR motion, including territory design, ICP definition, and the handoff to enterprise sales
Design onboarding, ramp time, certification, and competitive intelligence for the sales team
Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting, tooling, comp design, and revenue reporting
Define GTM architecture, including segmentation, pricing motion, and channel and partnership leverage
Sequence where the business invests next across all revenue functions
Build a system where marketing, sales, enablement, and operations reinforce one another
Translate Yuno's technical differentiation into language that resonates with both engineers and CFOs
Skills You Need
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent English
8+ years in GTM leadership, with direct ownership of at least two of: marketing, SDR, enablement, or RevOps
Track record scaling a B2B company through a step-change in revenue
Fluency in enterprise sales cycles with technical buyers; payments, fintech, or infrastructure background strongly preferred
Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to defend assumptions like CAC payback in front of a board
Comfortable operating across regions with different competitive dynamics and buying behavior
Builder instinct and high level of ownership, with no need for an existing playbook
