Role
We are looking for a Global Events Operations Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is a remote role reporting to the Director of Global Events. You will support and manage daily operations for the Global Events Team, creating and standardizing processes to streamline efforts across the Marketing Organization. This role is essential for ensuring operational excellence and measurable business results across our global event portfolio, requiring a balance of high-level task governance and hands-on onsite execution.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Standardizing budget approval templates and processes including PR/PO submissions, monthly reconciliations, and post-event recaps to ensure fiscal accountability
- Maintaining master timelines, workbacks, and task governance across multiple concurrent global events to ensure project milestones are met
- Driving cross-functional alignment and follow-up across Global Events, Field Marketing, and CXO teams to maintain seamless communication
- Managing corporate list management by partnering with functional leaders on nominations and approvals for internal travel and staffing
- Providing onsite program leadership and logistics support for Tier 1 events to ensure consistency in real-time reporting and issue resolution

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills and a relentless attention to operational detail
- Strong relationship-building skills including the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and decisive in high-pressure environments
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience project managing high-visibility corporate initiatives
- Proven track record of analyzing complex problems to create, document, and implement new scalable processes
- Familiarity with best practices for engaging event experiences and a drive for continuous improvement

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
