This position is able to sit remotely. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid (2 day per week) out of our Dynatrace office.

- Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end regional and global events, including conferences, annual kickoffs, and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure all events align with brand standards and organizational goals.
- Budget Management
- Develop, maintain, and track event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate reporting.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage financial reconciliation post-event.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with technical teams to organize and curate event content, including demos, presentations, and product showcases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, registration systems, and on-site coordination.
- Implement best practices for risk management and contingency planning.

- Experience: 3-5 years in event management with a proven track record of delivering large-scale regional or global events.

- Preferred: Familiarity with event technology platforms and virtual event tools.
