How you will make an impact
- Gather continuous insights from orthodontic stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption of core and digital solutions, enabling targeted strategies that accelerate market penetration.
- Develop a unified go-to-market strategy that balances the clinical benefits and innovation of core orthodontic and digital solutions.
- Tailor portfolio’s messaging to reflect how combined offerings address different orthodontist needs
- Facilitate alignment and communication flows between core B&W downstream and digital Orthodontics downstream. Synchronize product launches and portfolio positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the Scientific Evidence and Education teams to execute a full-portfolio strategy that is grounded in clinical evidence and aligned with educational initiatives.
- Work with regional teams to ensure accurate audience segmentation, clear communication of portfolio benefits, and effective utilization of clinical evidence and marketing assets throughout the conversion process.
- Define and track KPIs such as orthodontist adoption rates of integrated solutions, engagement with digital content, and market share growth across both portfolios.
- Lead Orthodontics Adhesives portfolio strategy by driving impactful NPI launches, developing sales and marketing tools that enhance hero products value proposition and managing portfolio thru lifecycle process.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and +7 Years of Experience in Portfolio Marketing or Product Management
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Previous experience on managing Global and Regional Strategy Integration
- Experience of managing health care products/solutions and different procedures workflows
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Ability to translate technical product features into compelling value propositions
- Experience leading product launches, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholders.
Work location:
- Remote
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
