Global Director Scaled Demand Marketing & Product-Led Growth

This role offers the chance to lead a critical part of our global growth engine at a market-leading company. You will drive collaboration between marketing and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences worldwide. Managing a talented global team, you’ll shape innovative demand and product-led growth strategies that generate measurable business impact across multiple regions. As the leader of end-to-end demand generation and product growth at scale, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to align global marketing with regional sales motions, ensuring effective regionalization and execution across digital, SDR enablement, and product-driven channels. An AI-first mindset will be key, supporting team efficiency and funnel optimization.
How You’ll Find Success
- Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and results-oriented culture focused on continuous learning and revenue impact
- Build scalable processes and frameworks for efficient execution and rapid iteration across global markets
- Partner closely with product marketing, integrated marketing, product leadership, and sales to create and scale value- and product-focused demand programs that drive adoption, engagement, and expansion
- Collaborate with International Field Marketing Managers, product marketing, global marketing, sales leadership, and SDR teams to align strategies and optimize funnel management
- Act as the strategic liaison between marketing and global sales to ensure alignment of marketing programs with sales goals through impactful tools, content, and training
- Own end-to-end measurement and optimization of global marketing campaigns and product-led growth initiatives, leveraging funnel analytics, attribution models, and KPIs
- Lead with an AI-first mindset to identify and optimize inefficiencies in the funnel and team execution
How You’ll Grow
- Define and execute a cohesive global demand strategy integrating product-led growth, digital campaigns, and events into a unified funnel generation engine
- Pioneer AI-driven program creation and partner with Marketing Ops to improve processes and efficiency for new global initiatives
- Oversee campaign regionalization and localization to maintain brand consistency while aligning with regional sales priorities and measurable outcomes
- Use funnel benchmarks to identify tests that drive pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and inform forecasting aligned with Marketing Analytics
- Own and optimize global demand marketing budgets to maximize ROI and pipeline performance
- Lead the development and execution of a Product-Led Growth motion that drives user acquisition and activation through experimentation, collaboration, and optimized onboarding
Things You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of 3-5+ marketing professionals across demand generation, field marketing, scaled programs, and SDR enablement
- Manage direct relationships with North America Corporate Sales to support program delivery and information exchange
- Lead cross-regional initiatives to unify messaging, track regional nuances, and maximize efficiency and results
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership highlighting successes, challenges, and investment opportunities
- Define and execute global online and offline event programs, collaborating with the Events COE to generate registrations, pipeline, and support sales engagement
- Lead global scaled online webinars and virtual event strategies for high-value corporate and enterprise accounts, collaborating with sales on targeted integrated campaigns
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation, product marketing, or growth marketing leadership at a global scale, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Proven expertise managing and scaling global teams across demand generation, field marketing, events, and product-led growth
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with product-led growth strategies combined with traditional demand generation channels
- Strong data acumen with experience leveraging funnel analytics, marketing automation, and CRM data to inform decisions
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with product, sales, and marketing leadership globally
- Track record managing complex multi-market campaigns and delivering localized execution with global consistency
- Demonstrated budget management skills to optimize spend and drive measurable ROI

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
