Job Summary:
A Global Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing digital marketing campaigns that span multiple regions, while closely collaborating with the Director and Regional Marketing Managers to ensure local relevance and alignment with global strategy in the Government/Military markets.
A key aspect of this role is to oversee a holistic approach to digital presence and to manage various online platforms to create a cohesive brand strategy and connect the dots across the entire customer journey by optimizing every digital touchpoint; website, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics, to ultimately drive awareness, engagement, conversions, and sales alignment.
Reports to the Global Marketing Director Government/Military.

- Website management
- SEO/SEM
- Organic + paid social
- Analytics (GA4, dashboards, attribution basics)
- Marketing automation (HubSpot)
- Sales Force (leads, opportunities, etc.)
- Landing page creation & optimization
- Intranet (ZRC) management
- Email marketing; A/B testing
- Calendar Management (email, digital)
Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or College equivalent required
- Digital Marketing Certification
- Proof of continuous education in areas such as SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media and analytics
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience preferred. Preferably in the medical device industry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Technology Proficiency – Digital Marketing Tools to run and measure success of digital marketing programs, Google AdWords/GA4, MS Office programs.
- HubSpot, Hootsuite, Oracle Cloud and Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills and results orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Language:
- Strong command of the English language.
- Additional languages skill(s) preferred.

Working Environment:
Preferred location in Chelmsford 3 days/week but can be also home-office based
Travel Requirements:
About 5 to 10% % to join (global) team meetings, attend conferences and co-travel to understand the market and customers

The annual salary for this position is:
$85,000.00 to $100,000.00This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
