BSI is looking for a Global Account Director to manage and grow strategic partnerships with global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organizations.

In this role, you will lead relationships with 4 to 6 of some of the world’s most complex healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, quality systems, compliance frameworks, supply chain risks, and innovation challenges through BSI’s global solutions.

You will act as the senior strategic partner for your accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging executive stakeholders to deliver measurable value and accelerate global growth.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leadership across Pharma and BioPharma organizations.

  • Orchestrate the virtual account across divisions/regions, align ABM and partner motions, manage MSA/impartiality, enable smooth commercial to operations handoff, and drive cross‑portfolio growth and renewals; differentiate with a clear value and build consensus across the buying group

  • Lead global account teams across multiple regions and divisions.

  • Identify new contacts and opportunities across BSI’s portfolio including assurance, standards, consulting, training and regulatory services.

  • Lead with a quantified value hypothesis tied to the client’s metrics (revenue, risk, cost), quantify cost of inaction, and align the business case to investment horizons, using insight‑led storytelling and executive‑level visuals.

  • Drive complex enterprise sales cycles within regulated healthcare environments.

  • Deliver revenue growth while ensuring strong client satisfaction and retention.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working with senior decision-makers in global pharmaceutical organizations.

  • Strong understanding of regulated environments, quality systems, and global compliance frameworks.

  • Excels at proactively seeking out new business opportunities, leveraging advanced business development skills to identify and engage potential clients within a targeted portfolio of accounts. Consistently demonstrates initiative in expanding networks, uncovering prospects, and cultivating valuable relationships that drive growth and open doors to new opportunities.

  • Able to confidently sell a wide range of products and services without requiring deep technical expertise, demonstrating versatility by covering BSI’s offerings extensively, while focusing on broad, strategic engagement rather than detailed technical knowledge.

  • Proven ability to lead complex enterprise sales engagements.

  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capability.

  • Experience coordinating global teams across complex organizations.
