Nuestro Gerente de Ventas Centro – Canal Tradicional es responsable de liderar el desarrollo del canal, asegurando el crecimiento rentable del negocio mediante la ejecución de la estrategia comercial, fortalecimiento de relaciones con distribuidores y clientes clave, y la correcta implementación de iniciativas de Trade Marketing que impulsen la disponibilidad, visibilidad y recomendación de las marcas.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la ejecución de la estrategia comercial en el canal tradicional, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, participación de mercado y rentabilidad.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar el equipo de ventas (KAMs y ejecutivos), promoviendo alto desempeño, coaching continuo y desarrollo de talento.
  • Construir y gestionar relaciones estratégicas con distribuidores y clientes clave, negociando acuerdos comerciales y planes de crecimiento conjunto (JBP).
  • Monitorear el desempeño del canal y clientes, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento, optimización de inversión comercial (G2N) y mejora en rentabilidad.
  • Asegurar la ejecución de iniciativas de Trade Marketing, incluyendo lanzamientos, activaciones, planes de categoría y estrategias de shopper marketing.
  • Gestionar los indicadores clave del negocio (ventas, forecast, OTIF, inversión, presupuesto del canal), garantizando eficiencia operativa y cumplimiento financiero.
  • Alta capacidad de influencia, lograr desarrollar con apoyo de áreas y estratégicas y equipos comerciales iniciativas antes no logradas con un gran foco en resultados.

¿Por qué TÚ? 

Tus calificaciones:

·  Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Marketing o carreras afines.

·  Deseable: Postgrado o MBA.

·  Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).

·  5-10 años de experiencia en roles comerciales liderando equipos.

·  Experiencia en consumo masivo, farma o healthcare.

·  Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando canal tradicional / distribuidores.

Experiencia relacion comercial con Coopidrogas ideal.

·  Experiencia comprobada, influyendo en equipos y proyectos comerciales y multifunciones (multi áreas).

·  Seniority en tomas de decisiones estratégicas un nivel adicional al área de reporte.
