You will perform the following tasks on the Geography project:

  • Review data looking for errors and provide feedback
  • Data conversion from geodatabase format to product specification
  • Perform validation checks
  • Analysis of data
  • Read and understand complex tables and information to be applied to geodatabase features
  • Communication of guidance
  • Potentially help train new digitizers
  • Perform project setup steps
  • Analyzing project instructions to communicate which actions need to be applied to the data
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently as the required by the team

Minimum requirements:

  • 1-5 years of GEO experience
  • High school education
  • Foundation Geoint experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in communication/collaboration software like MS Teams and Slack
  • Experience with ESRI suite of tools and geodatabases
  • Knowledge of ArcMap and ArcCatalog (version 10.8 is preferred)
  • Familiarity with ArcToolbox

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,900-$79,900
