Job Location

Ramstein Air Base, Germany

Job Duties:

  • Provide DCGS software training and advisory support
  • Develop and execute a training program designed to support geospatial analysts, mission managers, and mission planners in DCGS ISR system employment, Emergency Management (EM), and end-to-end mission processes
  • Maintain Concept of Operations/Operating Instructions (CONOPs/OIs) references in accordance with local and command directives
  • Conduct formal and informal training in support of mission requirements and track the training status of trainees
  • Assist+ Government and Contractor personnel to further unit participation in theater-level and component-level exercises
  • Conduct training that ensures all personnel are mission-qualified to sit in a Distributed Ground System crew position
  • Develop and maintain a continuity folder, including official duty processes, contacts, and procedures
  • Document training records, including secondary imagery products, accuracy of products, and recommendations for future training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills
  • Minimum of three years of experience in GEOINT operations, principles, and general GEOINT communications and dissemination architecture
  • Minimum of three years of experience in providing specific GEOINT operations guidance to trainees, to include advisory support
  • Working with AF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) operations and training functions
  • Working as a qualified DCGS instructor
  • Maintaining local qualifications in GEOINT operations

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a GEOINT trainer
  • Experience with OCONUS mission support
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a relevant field
