JANUS Research Group is seeking a General Engineer at Buckley Space Force Base to support the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) Lead Integration, Test, and Evaluation with 24/7 Operational Support (FLITE+) program. This role supports system design, engineering and integration, engineering services, information technology professional services, and continuous operational support, all focused on advancing methods that increase the speed and reliability with which the Government delivers software and hardware to operational environments.

The General Engineer will:

  • Provide system and segment level integration planning and execution;
  • Development of ground integration plans;
  • Integration event and schedule management;
  • Test plan and procedure development;
  • Verification and validation execution;
  • Integration risk identification and resolution;
  • Technical baseline and configuration management;
  • Cybersecurity support under RMF
  • Facilitation of cross functional integration working groups.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in engineering or related technical discipline and 14 years relevant systems integration experience;
  • Experience supporting integration of complex ground or space systems;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage integration events and resolve technical deficiencies;
  • Familiarity with RMF and cybersecurity compliance activities;
  • Ability to operate in a TS/SCI classified environment
