What You’ll DoBecause this isn’t a predefined seat, scope is flexible. Common impact zones include:
Engineering – cluster scheduling, kernel/NCCL tuning, control-plane services, DevX & SDKs.
Product & Design – translate deep infra into “wow” user journeys and dashboards.
Go-to-Market – outbound prospecting, technical sales, community, partner programs.
Ops & Data-Center – automation, logistics, supply, facilities, “rack to ROI” workflows.
If it moves the needle for AI infrastructure, it’s on the table—tell us where you want to make the biggest dent.

Think at rack-scale – latency, power, and PCIe lanes are design inputs, not afterthoughts.
Stay pragmatic – you know when to duct-tape a fix and when to draft a spec.
Default to openness – you document decisions, give direct feedback, and love tight loops.
Hands-on with large GPU clusters or HPC systems.
Built or sold usage-based cloud products.
Contributions to open-source infra (Kubernetes, Slurm, Ray, Triton, etc.).
You’ve melted a 30-amp circuit building a home lab (and fixed it).
Tiny, senior, execution-obsessed—decisions happen in hours, not weeks.
Written communication > meetings—design docs and RFCs are our currency.
Weekly demo-days and ops reviews keep everyone close to the metal and the customer.
