GAMURS · ROBLOX NETWORK
Product Manager, Roblox Network
Remote · Full-time · Product
GAMURS is building the world's best network for gaming and fandom communities to connect, discover, and belong. Our Roblox Network is one of our biggest growth opportunities: Roblox is the largest gaming platform in the world, and our Roblox content already reaches 6 million players a month, backed by a newsletter 115,000 readers strong.
The new products we've built to turn that reach into a captured audience are seeing real growth — and we're looking for a Product Manager to take them to the next level.
The roleThe Roblox Network is GAMURS' collection of products for Roblox players — the sites, tools, newsletters, and apps that reach millions of players a month. You'll own the product roadmap for that network — the on-site tools, the conversion experience, and developing the BloxInformer companion app — and drive them toward a single north-star metric: owned audience.
Owned audience is the foundation for the next step — a subscription layer for our most engaged players — and you'll help shape what people will pay for and how that offer converts.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves turning a huge, borrowed audience into recurring product users. You'll report to the CCO and help set the near-term roadmap while executing it week to week.
What you'll do- Own the roadmap and audiences for the Roblox Network's tools, website conversion surfaces, and the BloxInformer app — from target audience to problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Drive owned-user growth. Design, ship, and A/B-test the email and account capture experiences (modals, metered gates, tool sign-ups) that convert one-time visitors into subscribers.
- Lay the groundwork for subscription revenue. Identify which tools and features are worth paying for, test premium tiers and paywall placement, and build the free-to-paid funnel that turns engaged users into recurring revenue.
- Ship high-repeat player tools — calculators, codes finders, guides, and companion features — that users come back to and that funnel them into accounts.
- Build the BloxInformer companion app, starting from a focused Codes Hunter MVP and layering in guides, tools, and more over time.
- Coordinate across the team — content, SEO, newsletter, and engineering — so the roadmap moves as one, and write the PRDs and specs that keep everyone aligned.
- Talk to players. Bring real user insight into the product through feedback, usability signals, and community listening.
- 2–4+ years in product management shipping consumer web and/or mobile products, ideally in media, gaming, or high-traffic content businesses.
- A track record of growth and conversion work — you have run experiments, refined points along a marketing funnel, and can point to metrics you improved.
- Strong analytical instincts — comfortable in analytics tools, defining events, and reasoning about capture rate, retention, conversion-to-paid, and LTV.
- Excellent execution — you write clear PRDs, prioritize aggressively, and keep a small cross-functional team moving fast.
- Fluency with modern tooling and AI — you use AI to move faster and are excited to build AI-powered features.
- A roll-up-your-sleeves builder — you don't hand everything to engineers. You step in to build mockups, prototype, and ship small changes yourself when it moves things faster.
- Genuine interest in Roblox, gaming, and the communities around them — you understand (or are eager to learn) how players actually behave.
- Experience with subscription or freemium products and recurring-revenue models.
- Familiarity with SEO-driven content businesses and how organic traffic converts.
- Having shipped a mobile app or browser extension from zero to launch.
