What We Look For in Future Implementation Engineer Hires

We regularly seek professionals with:

  • Hands-on experience implementing SaaS, network-based, or client-side software

  • Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, IP ranges, firewalls, proxies, etc.)

  • Comfort working with school district IT teams and managing multiple rollouts

  • Troubleshooting and solution design skills (bonus for scripting, PowerShell, or command-line experience)

  • A track record of guiding customers through technical onboarding with clarity and empathy

  • The ability to partner cross-functionally with support, engineering, and product teams

Who You Are

  • A technically-minded communicator with a service-first approach

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing multiple implementations at once

  • Skilled at explaining complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Curious and self-directed in a remote-first environment

  • Passionate about helping schools succeed with student-focused technology
