About Park Place Finance: Park Place Finance is a Nationwide private lender based in Austin, TX. We are a 16-year-old, full service finance company offering both traditional and business purpose loans for residential real estate. Park Place Finance offers a real estate debt fund for accredited investors.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Contract Fundraiser to join our team at Park Place Finance. As a Contract Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in raising capital from accredited investors for our real estate fund, enabling us to pursue strategic investment opportunities and deliver superior returns to our investors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract capital from individual and institutional investors for Park Place Finance's real estate fund.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and other relevant parties.
- Communicate effectively with prospective investors to articulate the value proposition of our real estate fund, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information as needed.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and networking events to promote investment opportunities and build trust and rapport with potential investors.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to understand investment objectives, fund performance, and market dynamics, aligning fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and market conditions that may impact fundraising activities, adapting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, fundraising activities, and progress toward fundraising goals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or a related field, with a track record of success in achieving fundraising targets or sales goals.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and practices, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively with potential investors.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and resources efficiently to achieve objectives.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of transparency and compliance in fundraising activities.
