About the Role:We’re hiring Fullstack Engineers across multiple levels (Staff - Principal Engineers), with leveling determined through the interview process.
In this role, you’ll work across the stack to design, build, and ship product features end-to-end. You’ll contribute to both frontend and backend systems, ensuring a seamless, performant, and engaging user experience.
Success is measured by your ability to deliver high-impact features, improve system quality, and contribute to team velocity.
We’re happy to share that this is an onsite position in either our Denver or San Francisco office. To support collaboration, we ask employees to be in the office at least three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
In this role, you will:
- Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems
- Design scalable, maintainable services and APIs
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data partners to define and deliver solutions
- Improve performance, reliability, and user experience across the product
- Contribute to code quality, testing, and engineering best practices
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and team planning
What you bring to the table:
- Experience building and shipping production systems across frontend and backend
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, APIs, backend services)
- Experience with scalable systems and performance optimization
- Ability to work across ambiguity and drive projects end-to-end
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $187,000 - $330,000, depending on location and experience, as well as company stock options.
