QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Fullstack Engineer, Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Software Developer or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 Months) of experience in the job offered or as Fullstack Engineer, Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Software Developer or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: securitized products analytical technology stack, including Agency MBS, Non-Agency RMBS, GSE Credit, CMBS, Specified Pool Analyzer and IO/PO Pricer; asset classes of Mortgage-Backed Securities including Agency MBS and CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities); Building high-performance, multi-threaded components in Java and Spring Framework including Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, and Spring WebFlux, and RESTful API design; Integrating concurrent data processing leveraging java concurrency API including ExecutorService and CompletableFuture; Java 8 Streams and Parallel processing; Message driven processing using JMS; Java Design patterns including Singleton, Factory and Observer; Realtime API design leveraging WebSocket over AWS WAF; NodeJS, React, Angular, Typescript, HTML, and CSS based scalable ultra- high performing UI development; Building JavaScript based responsive and interactive user interfaces; Working with highly optimized JSON including designing, parsing and integrating JSON with both front end and back end systems and for byte level payload transfer over the wire; Writing, efficient, scalable and maintainable SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and implementing optimizations to improve speed and efficiency; Application architecture design in the context of active-active infrastructure for both cloud and non-cloud; Multi region high availability based AWS cloud services deployment; integrating predictive models into full stack for dissemination to clients.
