The Fullstack Developer will lead the design, development, and delivery of applications on Agiloft's CLM platform, focusing on agentic AI services and collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer - Agentic AI, to join Agiloft’s engineering team who can lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation applications on our award-winning CLM platform. This role will be central to building and extending agentic AI platforms and services.
As technical leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders in product management, DevOps teams, and other engineering teams on the design and development of enhancements as prioritized on the product roadmap and contribute to the overall technology strategy while remaining hands-on with software development.
Job Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design
- Lead the design and development of complex full-stack applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Refine and implement software architecture patterns for agentic AI platforms and microservice-based systems.
- Drive best practices for code quality, performance, security, and cloud-native design.
- Development
- Build, test, and deploy agentic AI services that leverage and orchestrate MCP services on Agiloft’s CLM platform as well as on 3rd-party platforms.
- Design and implement microservices on AWS based on Agiloft’s policies and design pattern and industry best-practices.
- Develop high-performance APIs and integrations for internal and external systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the stack (front-end, back-end, databases, infrastructure).
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, MLOps teams, and other stakeholders in the organization to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term platform strategies.
- Innovation
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, cloud services, and distributed systems.
- Evaluate new frameworks, tools, and platforms that can enhance development productivity and system performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with significant exposure to full-stack engineering.
- Proven experience in building agentic AI platforms/services
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, including microservices, containers (Docker, ECS, EKS), serverless (Lambda), and data services.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experienced at working in a globally distributed team in a remote-only environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the development of agentic AI services, including MCP servers.
- Background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and large-scale application design.
- Prior leadership experience in guiding engineering teams and influencing architectural decisions.
- Contributions to open-source projects or published work in AI systems engineering.
