We’ll cut to the chase here: this position is not for most developers.
Most developers have never seen the direct impact of their code on a business… and honestly, they don’t want to. The pressure of knowing that a slow page or a broken checkout costs real money is not for everyone.
If that’s you, no hard feelings. This is not the right fit.
But if you’re the kind of developer who wants to own something real…
Then keep reading. Because we have been looking for you.

The Tech You Need to Know
Must-have:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript — you can build clean, fast, responsive pages from scratch, not just configure themes
- Server-side language (Node.js or PHP) — for API integrations, webhook handling, and backend logic
- REST API integration experience — you have connected third-party payment, CRM, or e-commerce APIs before and can read API docs cold
- Conversion tracking implementation — Facebook Pixel/CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, server-side event tracking
- Git version control and clean deployment practices
Compensation and Details
Structure: To ensure we're a good fit, we'd like to work together on a small contract job first. You can moonlight to keep your current position if required. This will be a paid contract at a premium hourly rate ($75-90/hr), converting to full-time with salary upon mutual fit. We structure it this way so both sides can make sure this is the right match — and during the contract period, you will be paid above market for it.
By the end of contract you will have setup Sticky.io and several live funnels, integrated Google Analytics and CAPI, and setup the basic split testing stack.
Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 depending on experience, profit-sharing and quarterly performance bonuses tied to metrics you directly control.
Realistic year-one total comp: 140-185k if we hit our realistic targets.
