Encora is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join us.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing clean, efficient code, generating comprehensive engineering documentation, and collaborating across time zones. This role requires expertise in various technologies and tools, including Figma, common LLMs, Jira, Confluence, React, Python, AWS, and Database/Data Engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clean, efficient code that is easily understandable and scalable.
  • Articulate the rationale behind architectural and development decisions along with alternatives to meet tight timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members across different time zones to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ability to work with a team in an agile framework
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Figma for design collaboration
  • Understanding and experiences with consuming LLMs for language model integration.
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
  • Develop front-end applications using React and back-end services using Python.
  • Implement and manage cloud solutions using AWS.
  • Understanding of robust data management practices to ensure application development meets requirements
  • Provide weekly demos of work progress to showcase development achievements and gather feedback

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Proficiency in React, Python, AWS, and Data Management.
  • Strong understanding of Figma,
  • Experience in consuming LLMs
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work very fast while maintaining high-quality code standards.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate development decisions and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in generating engineering documentation.
  • Ability to work across time zones and attend required team meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide regular demos and updates on work progress
