Company Description
DataRM delivers AI solutions tailored for enterprise business needs. We specialize in agentic AI systems built on the Microsoft platform, leveraging Azure, AWS, and related services. Our team implements GenAI solutions incorporating RAG, MCP, and agent-powered experiences.
We embrace the latest AI developer tools, including Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Linear, and more to keep our team at the forefront of innovation. With full access to Azure AI Foundry models and resources, DataRM operates fully remote with team members across the US, and a preference for Colorado-based resources for occasional in-person collaboration.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote AI Developer with a strong preference for Colorado-based candidates due to administrative requirements in the US. You will design and implement AI-driven applications across the stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that meet enterprise standards and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, and direct experience developing against chat and agent APIs (including vision and retrieval-augmented generation). Langchain or Langsmith experience is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with Postgres/pgvector and the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience with Microsoft Graph API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server deployment is highly valuable. Our core stack includes Next.js, FastAPI, and Postgres, so proficiency in these or equivalent technologies is required.
Equity available for the right candidate.
