We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Life Cycle Recruiter with FPGA business acumen to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing FPGA business. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions tailored to FPGA-related roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates with FPGA industry expertise for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
*This is a six-month contract position with the possibility of extension, based on business needs and performance.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience as a full life cycle recruiter, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding techniques, and FPGA business requirements.
Familiarity with CRM's, applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Workday and HR databases.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for FPGA-related roles or within the semiconductor industry.
Certification in HR or Recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS certification).
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
