Mission:

Mole Street’s Front-End Developer role sits in the Technology Department at Mole Street. They are responsible for providing both technical expertise in problem-solving and the development of website pages and HubSpot-related development projects. The Front-End Developer works across the team with consultants, program managers, and designers to deliver for clients, ensuring Mole Street and their clients are always in alignment. Above all else, this person excels in web development for HubSpot and has expert-level knowledge in order to code with both technical expertise and a user-experience design mindset.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Web development and content builds in HubSpot CMS for website pages, blogs, emails, and landing pages.
  • Implementation of technical audit work that includes development needs based on recommendations for SEO, content optimizations, modules, chatbots, integrations, website maintenance, plugin updating, code clean-up, and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives
    Coordinating with the client-facing team to provide the client with weekly status updates
    Working to resolve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Ensuring their own time is accurately logged to Harvest to gather project and deliverable cost/value
     
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years experience with web development
  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Demonstrated experience developing pixel-perfect, large-scale websites on the HubSpot CMS based on static designs
  • Have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be well-organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a tenacious belief in hitting deadlines and meeting commitments
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and passionate attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively based on customer requirements
  • Strong understanding of coding languages best suited for HubSpot including Hubl, Javascript, CSS. Must be comfortable developing locally.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and independent management skills

You Might Also Have:

  • Experience in a client/customer-facing role
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors, Node.js, or JavaScript frameworks
  • HubSpot Academy certifications
  • Experience in SCRUM or another Agile framework
  • Experience with Git, including code reviews

  • Bi - weekly account meeting attendance - 10:30am-11:00am Monday
  • Weekly Technology Department meeting attendance
  • Availability on email, Slack, Zoom, and phone during working hours for connects with team
