Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator 

Hourly: Starting position is at $17-$20.00 /HR

We are a locally owned home care business that has an exceptional culture, and we are looking for great talent who can work in a fast-paced environment; who have exceptional skills in communication, organization and making decisions; and who are people persons!

The following are two open shifts for which we are hiring. We want this to be a rewarding office job, working 4 days a week and having 3 days off, or a variation.

Positions Open in Meeker Office: Monday through Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

 You’ll have 1/2 hr unpaid lunch break, and a 15-minute paid break during these shifts. 


The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide clients and employees a “best in home care” experience.

  • Plays an integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff to ensure the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled.
  • Performs various supervisory activities to schedule appropriate caregivers for clients. Performs other office coordination duties.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and personnel management.
  • Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and can multitask in a fast-paced, complex office environment.
  • The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry or a medical office setting.
  •  Required to maintain great customer service and operational integrity.
  • May be requested to fill in as a caregiver in the Meeker Region, when needed
  • Basic computer skills are needed

The desired candidate will possess the following:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Being bilingual is a plus!

• High school graduate or equivalent GED with two years of Home Care experience.

• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

 • Basic computer skills plus ability to learn scheduling platform in ERSP.

• Typing skills: we do require that you type a speed of 60WPM or greater, 70-90 WPM is a plus

. • Must have a car.

 • Be available once a month as required for on-call duty outside of regular office hours
