· Ensure deliverables adhere to RTP templates, branding standards, and established visual approaches.
· Identify formatting issues, inconsistencies, and production errors before materials are distributed or published.
· Maintain organized files, templates, graphic assets, and presentation libraries.
Workflow & Project Coordination:
· Work closely with RTP project leads to understand priorities, deadlines, and production requirements.
· Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
· Participate in revision cycles and execute edits quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
· Utilize prior RTP materials and historical examples whenever appropriate to improve efficiency and maintain consistency across projects.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in production design, presentation production, graphic production, publishing production, or similar production-oriented role.

· Experience working with established templates, standards, and brand guidelines.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Strong organizational and file-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Schedule and Availability:
· Part-time freelance position averaging approximately 15-25 hours per week.
· Required availability Monday through Friday.
· Expected availability of approximately 3-5 hours per day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
· Designer must be available for ongoing communication, assignment processing, review cycles, and revision requests during scheduled working hours.
· This is not a project-based freelance arrangement with fully flexible hours. The position requires consistent day-to-day availability to support RTP production workflows and rapid-turnaround requests. RTP relies on coordinated production support across multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines.
· Evening and weekend work is periodically required.
· During conference seasons and other high-volume periods, weekly hours may temporarily exceed the typical schedule.
