About the Opportunity

We are building a remote freelance bench to support consulting delivery across our Agency team. This is a project-based opportunity for experienced practitioners who can be brought in as work scales, based on client demand and project needs. This is not a strategy only role. You will be working within established frameworks and templates and will not be building the approach from scratch. We are looking for individuals who can step in quickly, take direction, and produce high quality, client ready outputs without heavy oversight.

Areas of Focus

This work spans several core areas. You may align strongly to one or more:

  • Alliance Marketing Consultant: partner program development, ecosystem alignment, joint value creation
  • Partner GTM Strategist: go to market motion design, partner activation, route to market planning
  • B2B Tech Marketing Consultant: messaging, campaign development, and activation planning within tech environments
  • Consulting / Enablement Specialist: workshop support, content development, and translating strategy into actionable outputs
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting pre and post workshop execution (inputs, synthesis, outputs)
  • Conducting market and ecosystem research, persona development, and GTM motion mapping
  • Building foundational GTM artifacts (messaging frameworks, activation plans)
  • Developing slides and supporting campaign and activation handoffs
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in alliance marketing, partner GTM, B2B tech marketing, or consulting/enablement
  • Familiarity with technology partner ecosystems (cloud, infrastructure, SaaS)
  • Proven ability to turn ambiguous inputs into structured, client ready deliverables
  • Strong executor mindset with a focus on producing deliverables, not facilitating strategy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate within defined processes
  • Ability to work independently and deliver against tight timelines
  • Prior freelance or contract experience preferred

  • Integrates effectively into existing workflows and delivery models
