About the Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Designer with deep expertise in Microsoft Office to join our fast-paced Creative Team. This is a remote, 3–6 month contract role focused on delivering polished, on-brand assets—primarily built in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. You’ll bring technical fluency across these tools, with the ability to integrate Excel data, format consistently across platforms, and create scalable templates used throughout the company.
While your core strength lies in Microsoft design, you’ll also support broader creative projects—including performance ads, lifecycle emails, and social graphics—using tools like Figma and Postcards.
What You'll Do
- Design branded templates and documents in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for internal and external use
- Build presentations for senior leadership across sales, marketing, and investor relations
- Merge and visualize data from Excel into custom templates
- Format high-volume documents and emails for consistency, clarity, and accessibility
- Create assets for lifecycle emails, social posts, and performance ads using Postcards and Figma
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and business stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
- Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in communication, marketing, or document/presentation design
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience creating templates and branded materials for non-design users
- Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and detail
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Figma, Postcards, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- A flexible mindset and problem-solving attitude
Bonus Points for: - Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Office Specialist Master certification
- Adobe Certified Professional credentials
- Training in accessibility best practices (e.g., Section 508, WCAG) for Office documents
