Job Description
As a Fractional Talent Consultant, you will partner with small business clients to manage their hiring process from start to finish, providing expert recruiting support on a flexible, part-time basis. You will use your experience to attract, screen, and present top candidates, helping small teams grow efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Partner with client hiring managers to clarify hiring objectives and priorities
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal team members
Develop and document recruiting plans, timelines, and candidate tracking
Deliver a professional, consultative experience to clients and candidates
Support small businesses with recruiting strategy, interview coordination, and offer management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably corporate or agency
Experience with sourcing strategies, candidate outreach, and full-cycle recruiting
Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
MS Office proficiency
Additional Information:
This is a remote, flexible, part-time / fractional role
Ideal candidates are consultative, organized, and experienced in small business hiring
Compensation is project or hourly based, depending on client engagement
