Project Overview
Revere Implementation
EDC Timeline: 4 months (September 1 - December 31, 2025)
SAM Mapping and Validation Timeline: 3 months (January - March 2026)
Objective: Map all 18 unique clinical starter sets and train HC's AI tool models to use these initial starter sets for accelerating additional connections to the same sources. Then rapidly migrate the SAMs and validate them.
Key Details:
- Complete 18 starter sets can be mapped in 4 months
- Client has 18 unique starter sets within their 109 total clinical sources
Timeline Impact: With starter sets and AI tooling in place, we have a strong opportunity to deliver Client's migration by April 2026. AI tools are expected to reduce mapping time by 33-50%, bringing mappings from 15-20 days down to approximately 10 days, after the first of the year
Client#2 Implementation
Timeline: 6 months
Team Size: 2 people (1 clinical mapper + work with AI tooling team)
Approach:
- Complete first pass for initial manual source-to-target mapping
- Use mapping logic to train AI systems
- Leverage existing progress (75% complete on first mapping)
- Refine first mapping
- Then take on the other unique source types
- Utilize variation analyzer to assess source differences
- Build profiler analyzer for loaded sources (2-3 sources per EMR type currently loaded)
