Position Overview: The FP&A Manager will be a key player in bridging finance and business operations, driving decision-making through data and strategic insights. This role involves partnering closely with business unit leaders to align financial models, forecasts, and KPIs with business goals, while delivering actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to align financial planning with business objectives. Lead development and tracking of relevant business KPIs
- Develop robust financial models to assist in strategic decision making
- Drive initiatives to improve, automate, and/or simplify financial processes
- Partner with the Accounting team as needed for monthly financial close. Own monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Improve the financial planning process, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term models
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably with experience in professional services, SaaS, or technology
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High level of intellectual curiosity, strong sense of ownership and passion for delivery
- Advanced analytic, modeling, forecasting and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management
- Results driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think tactically and strategically
- Passion for using data to drive better decision-making
- Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
Desired Qualifications:
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau) is a plus

We believe in clarity and fairness from the start. For candidates based in California, Colorado, Washington, and New York, the estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000-$130,000. The final offer will be thoughtfully determined based on various factors, including your unique skills, experience, and location.
