About This Role:
The FP&A Manager is part of the Finance team and reports directly to our VP of Finance. In this role, you will independently drive core financial planning, analysis, and reporting responsibilities across the business. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Accounting, Treasury, Product, and Business Operations, to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights through financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting processes. This role includes high-impact ownership of monthly and quarterly financial reporting to internal leadership, external investors, and regulatory bodies. While currently an individual contributor, this role is expected to evolve into a people management position as the team grows.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership, investors, and regulators.

  • Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support long-range planning and strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze financial performance, identify key trends and variances, and develop actionable insights.

  • Serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams, driving alignment on financial objectives.

  • Support ad hoc analysis for strategic projects including new product launches, strategic business planning, pricing, and cost optimization,

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years (3+ years with a Masters Degree) of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.

  • Advanced Excel and modeling skills, including sensitivity analysis, waterfall models, and scenario planning.

  • Experience with financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience with financial and BI systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Tableau a plus.

Salary:
The starting pay range for this role is between USD$125,000 - USD$145,000 per year for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
