We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a global and fast-paced environment.

- Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze monthly financial performance and variances vs. budget and forecast.
- Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers and support departmental planning.
- Prepare management reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.
- Assist in the development and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling skills; experience with implementing financial planning tools like Adaptive, Anaplan, Workday, Oracle, etc.
- Experience with GoogleSheets and using extensions such as Macros and App Scripts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.
