Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the design and full-stack build of a customer-facing web application, partnering directly with company founders. The work spans interface design, engineering, release and go-to-market content, shaped by usage data and customer input.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a web application across front end and back end, using TypeScript and Python.
- Design clear, polished interfaces that make complex systems easy to use.
- Carry each feature from early customer discovery and prototypes all the way to release.
- Create demos, release materials and promotional campaigns for what you ship.
- Maintain high standards for design quality, performance and delivery speed.
- Use product analytics and customer feedback to prioritize upcoming work.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Solid UI and UX skills, with strong product judgment and care for detail.
- A track record of launching a brand-new product from scratch.
- Hands-on experience building with large language models and agent-based systems.
- Clear writing and a good instinct for how to position and promote a product.
- Self-directed approach, able to spot problems and resolve them without supervision.
- Existing US work authorization.
Bonus points
- Past founder or early-stage startup engineering background.
- Exposure to tools built for developers or AI-first applications.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration or SDK design.
- Background in creating video walkthroughs, demos or technical write-ups.
