Position Description

Quadratic is an early-stage startup with a small team; you must be comfortable working in a startup environment with a high level of ownership and limited guidance.

Quadratic is a venture-backed, connected AI spreadsheet product with 250k+ users and growing. We have a Product Led Growth motion with many self-adapted accounts. We are looking to turn our PLG growth success into a repeatable sales motion. Including selling into the most promising accounts in our existing user base, and expanding Quadratic to new business customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Build out the initial sales playbook for Quadratic.
  • Own growth with early-stage direct sales.
  • Join at the ground level, helping shape strategy, and systems. Own the results.
  • Need flexibility in iterating on GTM experiments while also selling with urgency.

Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience with SaaS sales
  • Hydrid-remote position in Boulder, CO

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience selling a PLG product.
  • Excited to work with a product-focused team.

Additional Requirements

Willing to work extended hours when needed.

Compensation

OTE $120k–$300k (base $75k–$150k + uncapped commissions)

0.1-3% Equity

Interview Process 

  1. Our interview process starts with a 15 minute phone call to gauge mutual interest and fit.
  2. From there, we schedule a group call to meet the Quadratic team.
  3. Finally, we can both make an informed decision on moving to a full-time hire.
