What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B enterprise customer success or account management experience (required), ideally managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts at a SaaS or technology company.
Proven track record of owning renewals, driving expansion revenue, and building executive-level relationships within enterprise accounts.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Outstanding communication skills — able to engage with both C-suite stakeholders and end-users, and to lead complex client meetings.
Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable working with large datasets, metrics, and KPIs to build ROI-driven business cases.
Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup.
We're looking for business athletes driven by jet fuel — people who know how to manage enterprise relationships at scale and have the instinct to execute at an early-stage company.
Location
Remote (US) — candidates based in or within commuting distance of Washington D.C., New York City, or San Francisco are strongly preferred, as regular in-person time in those markets is a plus.
