BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst Senior with 10+ years of experience for our expanding workforce to support the efforts and actions of the Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads for various FMS programs, at Contractor and  Government site(s) in Patuxent River, MD. and Norfolk, VA. Salary

The typical annual salary range for this position is $111,000.00 USD to $120,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.


Responsibilities
  • Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programs
  • With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
  • Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter
  • Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)

Desired Experience:

  • 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR

EDUCATION

Degree: MA/MS degree

Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

CLEARANCE

Condition of Employment:  Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance. The applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The applicant must have US citizenship at the time of application.
