The Role

The Wealth Advisory Key Account Manager is responsible for working with Sales and Relationship Management to grow and evolve advisory business for Broker/Dealers, Banks, and RIAs. In this role you will provide dedicated managed account platform expertise to our intermediary clients and will be responsible for driving advisory platform adoption across our customer base.  Key activities include:

  • Operational support & coordination: maintain account plans, facilitate contract agreement execution, coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top tier clients, participate in RFPs/RFIs, conduct data analysis to inform sales pricing proposals and transition plans, coordinate new client onboarding with internal stakeholders

  • Executional enablement: support VPs by preparing materials, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of deployment and engagement plans

  • Client experience support: assist in resolving client inquiries and ensuring consistent communication and follow-up

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

  • Financial intermediary channel experience preferred (Banks, Broker/Dealers, RIAs)

  • Passionate about wealth management, advisory platforms, and investment solutions offered by Fidelity and across industry

  • You deliver value to our customers seeking consultation on industry leading advisory platform/product capabilities from Fidelity

  • Familiarity with clearing and custody services

  • Minimum five years experience working with institutional wealth management clients

  • Series 7, 63, 65/66 required

  • Willing to travel 25-40%

The Team

Our team is well versed in understanding the trends, opportunities and challenges facing Fidelity Institutional clients, as well as designing and articulating how our fee-based advisory capabilities can help firms evolve their businesses and thrive through transformational change.

We actively engage with clients and prospects to ensure the awareness and adoption of our various Wealth Advisory solutions to help them achieve their business growth, productivity and client satisfaction goals. We also play a key role in both communicating the FI Wealth Advisory Solutions vision and roadmap, as well as making sure Fidelity Institutional initiatives are aligned with our clients and prospective clients’ business needs and priorities.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
