Financial Systems Analyst I

***Please note - this will be a hybrid position, requiring candidates to report to the Clayton, MO office once per week***

Position Purpose: Responsible for providing functional and technical application support for Centene finance systems. Responsible for assisting in the implementation of new systems, modules and/or processes.

• Assists in the configuration, testing, and deployment of financial systems.
• Supports end-users by providing system troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Performs data entry and ensures data integrity within financial systems.
• Generates routine reports and assists in the analysis of financial data.
• Documents system processes and user guides.
• Assists in minor system changes and enhancements.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• Basic understanding of financial principle and accounting practices preferred
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes strongly preferred
• Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders strongly preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, and business intelligence software preferred
• Enterprise Resource Planning software exp preferred
• Concur Administration experience preferred

Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year
