Requirements for the role:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Previous internship or project experience in finance, accounting, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports and analysis, including variance analysis and financial projections.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to work with large datasets and perform complex numerical calculations.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working with finance teams and explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial modeling tools.
- Eagerness to learn about financial strategy, market trends, and the operational impacts on finances.
- Creativity and innovation in developing financial solutions to business challenges.
