    • Support end-to-end transaction data integrity across all product and money movement systems.

  • Reconciliation & Controls

    • Design and implement scalable reconciliation frameworks across customer accounts.
Lead automation of high-volume reconciliations to minimize manual intervention and reduce operational risk.

    • Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks, ensuring issues are addressed within established SLAs.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Collaborate with banking partners, network processors, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely transaction settlement.

    • Act as a key stakeholder in card network (Visa, Mastercard) and dispute process setup and reconciliation design.

    • Evaluate and implement control improvements, reporting dashboards, and process enhancements.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Translate complex financial and technical requirements into actionable product and engineering deliverables.

    • Serve as the subject matter expert for reconciliation logic, ledger flows, and financial operations reporting.

    • Partner with Finance and Product Control to ensure complete and accurate reflection of company income, expenses, and balance sheet positions.

You Bring
  • Experience: 7–10 years in Financial Operations, Product Control, or Reconciliation roles within fintech, banking, or payments.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Core Ledger systems or equivalent financial sub-ledger environments.

  • Product Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of card network products (debit and credit), including settlement, disputes, and chargebacks.

    • Experience launching new consumer financial products or integrating new payment flows preferred.

  • Mindset:

    • Act-like-an-owner mentality; thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
