Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary finance liaison for specific Business Units/Functional Areas, reporting on performance metrics, conducting variance analysis, and clearly communicating findings to stakeholders and business leaders.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to identify and resolve issues impacting the financial model.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, establishing regular checkpoints to review inputs, drivers, and assumptions.
- Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts to streamline planning and control processes.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of business decisions and market changes.
- Create and maintain KPIs and dashboards using tools such as Excel & Power BI
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize recommendations for financial plans, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial data across systems and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of financial planning and analysis experience with advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP or planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream) preferred. Database management/Power BI skills a plus.
- Results-oriented with a focus on completion and follow-through.
- Strong process improvement skills, with ability to standardize and automate workflows.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
